poor maintenance. the room had a musty smell. 2 adults were staying. yet, 1 coffe mug, one towel were kept

Rooms are good and spacious

Not cleaned when I reached. No escort providedparking facilities are poor. No proper follow ups from the hotel.

Newly built hotel with all facilities are quite new and fresh, placed in the hosur - banglore highway, comfy bed and large room

Staffs: Non trained staff whom don’t even know what is their job and couldn’t fulfill their dutiesRoom: First impressions was very bad, they gave an uncleaned room which was checkout by another customer later asked us to wait in lobby for 20min and cleaned itCleanliness: lots of cockroaches all over the rooms, bathrooms, the hallway and common areas are not cleaned properly.Breakfast: there was nothing except bread, cereals, jam and butter, and we saw cockroaches right on top of the buffet vessels

don’t go for Family suite. they don’t have AC or fan in one of the connected room.

It was on the highway, so anyone who is traveling by road will find it very helpful. The bed was comfortable. They had good food. You get hot water 24/7

Only the receptionist knows English. Everyone else knows only Hindi which was very difficult. They did not understand what we were saying. The bath area could've been cleaner.

Bad

Bed were very bad it had blood stains. the staff was not at all cooperative and did not attend the issue immediately. Rooms were very bad and dirty. Sofas all were with fungus and stinking. For this dirty rooms price was way too high with early check in charges

Duvets were full of stain, washroom not upto the mark. No exhaust in the washrooms

Morning reception staff was very friendly and cooperative.but night duty reception boy was not giving proper information and was not ready to help for minor Demands

No buckets and mug in bathroom of family double bed room,and no ac and no fan in small bedroom pf family room..no nighl dim lights

I informed the hotel that i may check in 23.50 hours, due to traffic we could not reach hotel at that time. It was really interesting to receive call from hotel even at that late night to confirm our check in. I checked in after 12.30 am, still 2 staffs were at reception to complete check in process. Hotel room was quite big, spacious with wardrobes , kettle, mini friedge etc. Aircon was nice, though we could use it, because outside temperature was below 18 degrees. Bath room is nice, towel and soap were already kept there. Their breakfast was tasty and the ambience in restaurant area was loveable. Hotel staffs speak good english. The hotel located on the Hosur - Bengaluru highway. Those going from hosur side should take diversion to service road before 500 metres. Hotel is maintained very neatly. I love to stay again there.

Shower water was not hot enough, it is acceptable that outside temperature was very cold on that day. May be it was the reason.

Worst - Very Dirty / lift not working/ staff not responding
